My passion for fitness started young. My first job in high school was at a gym, teaching new members how to use equipment. I became a certified personal trainer at 18. That was the beginning of my lifetime commitment to fitness.

As a high school cheerleader I loved competing, which is why I became a national fitness competitor. I placed at the top of several competitions including NPC Arizona, Fitness America Hollywood and the Muscle Beach Classic.

I’ve been a fitness model for Reebok, Nike, ProForm, ICON, SHAPE Magazine and several other major fitness and lifestyle brands. I was a top-five finalist for Next Fitness Star 2016 by Women’s Health and was on the cover of the magazine.

I’m the creator and host of a series of workout videos for iFit Daily. Check out Fit in 15 and Fit Mommies – here’s a taste:

I’m also a broadcast journalist, with a degree from Arizona State University. I’ve been a television weather anchor, a news reporter and an on-air host with major networks in Palm Springs, Seattle and Salt Lake City.

Most importantly, I’m a wife to a loving and supportive husband and two beautiful children. In fact, it’s my kiddos and my hectic life as a mama that drove me to develop my current fitness routine… my daily workouts are just 15-20 minutes and I occasionally incorporate my babies in exercises.

Fitness is woven into the fabric of my life. My food, my habits and my interests revolve around being healthy. I don’t believe in diets or fads… I want to help you create your own lifestyle of health and fitness. Let me know what you’re after and we’ll get there together.
