Sherri August 12, 2016 at 2:49 pm Looks like a fun workout. Just curious what your thought on the number of days to perform HIIT workouts. I see you mention not to do this workout no more than three days per week. Is there a reason why? I’ve been doing these type of workouts five days per week, although I do a different workout each day. I enjoy staying fit without going to a gym or needing a bunch of equipment.
