If your workouts are quick, you’re more likely to show up. Our classes are short and effective. Most are less than 20 minutes. Consistency is the best way to get results, fast!

Variety

We believe variety is critical to total body fitness. We have a deep library of on-demand workouts, featuring: strength training, core, HIIT, cardio, yoga and mobility. We use dumbbells, mini-bands and bodyweight.

Coaching

Each guided class is meant to teach you proper form and function. You’re never left wondering what workouts to do, how many reps to perform, or if your form is correct. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced-level athlete, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Your Trainers

Elyse and Chris have been married for more than 14 years. They have two young children and a shared passion for fitness.

Elyse has been a fitness trainer since she was 18, and has coached clients on an elite level with some of the biggest fitness companies in the world. She specializes in high intensity interval training, weight loss, and her unique method of blending yoga movements with strength training.

Chris is a former college football player and a lifelong functional fitness advocate. Like Elyse, he’s a trainer for iFIT Nordictrack. He specializes in using compound movements and low-impact strength training to build functional power and mobility.
