Here’s the deal, each video is less than 10 minutes and requires zero equipment! It’s called Daily Double, because you pick two videos each day. Perform them back-to-back, or split them up thoughout the day (I suggest five to six days/week). Each workout meets different fitness needs; some are cardio-based, others are muscle-building isolation… all of them are tough. Now, let’s get sweating!
